P.C: Tribal Stripes [1/2]

Custom character commission for

Whoo, I had a lot of trouble and fun with the design on this devil xD She asked for a white liger with some tribal paint marks (which are the red stripes and the white dots around the eyes) and basically a lot of other things. It was highly specific, but I think I managed to fulfill every one of those requests
